NOISE: Zachary J. Mulling, 18, 1329 Master Street, was charged at 2:44 a.m. Saturday with unreasonable noise and unlawfully dealing with a minor. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

TRESPASS: Hilary E. Falls, 27, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, was charged at 4:30 p.m. Friday on Tremont Street with trespassing. She was released on her own recognizance. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: John R . Luper, 24, of Grider Street, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

ROBBERY: Daniel T. Hunt, 19, of Bannard Avenue, was arrested Saturday for second-degree robbery, criminal mischief, petit larceny and second-degree harassment. He was allegedly shoplifting medications from the Tops on Niagara Street and started fighting with employees. He was held for court. 

DWI: Vicky J. Muschaweck, 44, of Morgan Street, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI and unsafe backing of a vehicle. She allegedly backed into a car at the parking lot of a liquor store. Her blood alcohol content was 0.31 percent and she was held for court.

CONDUCT: Daniel M. Serwinowski was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct for obstructing traffic. He was issued an appearance ticket.
