MISCHIEF: John D. Havens, 27, 1169 Mariner St., Buffalo, was charged at 5:27 a.m. Sunday on Webster Street with criminal mischief, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was held for court. 

BURGLARY: Philip J. Aiello, 24, 770 East Robinson St., was charged at 4:29 a.m. Sunday at his home with second-degree burglary and forcible touching. He was held for court. 

DWI: Tina M. Bredt, 23, 34B South Lane, was charged at 1:17 a.m. Sunday with DWI and several traffic violations. Bredt was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent. She was held for court. 

Town of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Michael M. Lukacz was arrested Thursday for petit larceny. He attempted to steal two beers from a Sunoco on Sheridan. He was issued an appearance ticket.

MISCHIEF: Kunal Angra was arrested Thursday for third-degree criminal mischief. He allegedly punched a window at Slick Willies. He was sent to Kenmore Mercy and issued an appearance ticket.

DRINKING: Nathan D. Bradley was arrested Friday for drinking alcohol while operating a motor vehicle. He was issued a traffic ticket. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Anne E. Wacker, 27, of Fletcher Street, surrendered on a warrant Friday for having a suspended registration. All fines were paid.

WARRANT: Sean P. Malanowicz, 21, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

ASSAULT: Nelson R. Sidell, 46, of Morgan Street, was arrested Saturday for third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Joel R. Palma, 65, of Frederick Road, was arrested Sunday for larceny. He allegedly stole a woman’s garbage tote. He was issued an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Constance L. Hubbell, 44, of Mead Street, surrendered on a warrant Monday for second-degree aggravated harassment. She was held for court.
