Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

DWI: Kathy L. Tripi, 46, 23B Courtside Drive, was charged at 12:31 a.m. Thursday on Tremont and Division streets with DWI. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent and she was held for court. 

ORDINANCE: Howard F. Melancon, 71, 9775 Main St., Clarence, was charged at 3:15 p.m. Thursday with failure to appear for an inspection for a city ordinance violation. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

City Tonawanda

WARRANT: Carlos D. Hightower, 24, of Zera Road, Cheektowaga, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for larceny. He was held for court. 

FORGERY: Vincent M. Pace, 48, of Argonne Drive, Kenmore, was charged at 2:41 p.m. Thursday for a forged inspection sticker during a traffic stop on Twin Cities Highway. He was released on an appearance ticket.  

SUSPENDED: Courtney L. Wergen, 32, of Lexington Avenue, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant and was charged at 9:30 a.m. Thursday for suspended registration. She was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Thomas J. Majewski, 48, of Morgan Street, was charged at 1:20 a.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment during a disturbance with a female. He was held fror court. 

ASSAULT: Joshua H. Garcia, 33, of Niagara Street, was charged at 3:10 p.m. Thursday with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and third-degree menacing over a domestic dispute. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Clarence G. Sanford, 48, Victoria Boulevard, Cheektowaga, surrendered on a warrant and was charged at 9:30 a.m. Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. All fines were paid. 

WARRANT: Kristen M. Bogdon, 42, Brookside Terrace West, was arrested on a warrant and charged at 1 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass for a March 20 incident. She was held for court.
