WARRANT: Brian M. Diebel, 22, of Bird Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered Friday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. Diebel was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Richard D. Tracy, 28, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree aggravated harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Jamie L. O’Neill, 23, was arrested Wednesday for DWI, an equipment violation and refusal to take the breath test. O’Neill was issued an appearance ticket. 

LARCENY: Randy Brown Jr., 16, was arrested Wednesday for petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: Robert R. Elliott Jr., 41, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

HARASSMENT: Rachel Lowery, 20, was arrested Monday for second-degree harassment. She was issued an appearance ticket.

CHOKING: Ryan C. Bergman, 26, was arrested March 30 for criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail. 

DWI: James M. Hall, 32, was arrested March 30 for DWI and speeding. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: Ryan Howard, 29, was arrested March 29 for having a controlled substance in a non-original container. He was turned over to the Buffalo Police Department. 

HARASSMENT: William M. Moline, 32, was arrested March 29 for criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail. 

IMPRISONMENT: Steven C. Morris Jr., 28, was arrested March 26 for second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment, unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree menacing. He was released on his own recognizance. 

North Tonawanda 

LARCENY: Tiffany A. Shepard, 19, and Shawn A. Hollwey, 18, both of 106 15th Ave., were charged at 10:09 a.m. Friday at their home with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree identity theft. The were held for court.
