Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

DWI: Jill M. Chapman, 35, of Fareway Lane, Grand Island, was arrested Monday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and speeding. She refused to take a breath test and was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Michael G. Whitney, 48, of East Street, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He allegedly pushed a McDonald’s employee and was held for court. 

DWI: Lakara E. Brewer, 27, of Ward Road, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and passing a red light. Brewer’s blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent and she was held for court. 

DRUGS: Kyle V. Tessier, 19, of Simson Street, was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and crossing the center lines. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: Melinda L. Zdeb, 40, of Mallory Road, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI and crossing the center lines. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent and she was held for court.

ENDANGERING: Brigid M. Buseman, 22, of Erie Avenue, was arrested Saturday for criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. She was held for court.

WEAPON: Thomas A. Buseman, 23, of Erie Avenue, was arrested Saturday for criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court.

CHOKING: Harold L. Eichorst, 51, of Young Street, was arrested Friday for criminal obstruction of breathing. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Diane P. Edmond, 49, 7265 Townline Road, Pendleton, was charged at 7:18 p.m. Saturday with second-degree aggravated harassment. She was held for court. 

MISCHIEF: Walter M. Edwards, 29, 726 Oliver St., Apt. 3, was charged at 3:59 a.m. with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court. 

DISORDERLY: Ryan M. Peace, 23, of Oliver Street, was charged at 12:36 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct. He was held for court.
