MARIJUANA: Richard J. Denault, 32, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without stop lights. He was issued an appearance ticket.

HARASSMENT: Scott R. Jeannont, 38, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket.

HARASSMENT: Kathleen D. Dunlap, 42, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. She was released on her own recognizance. 

DWI: Desiree R. Cummins, 45, was arrested Saturday for DWI and speeding. She was issued appearance tickets.

DWI: Igor Shershnevskiy was arrested Monday for aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, improper plates, an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and circumventing an interlock device. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Kayla A. McClinsey was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI, a registration plate violation and an illegal signal. Her blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Michael W. Zimmerman was arrested Thursday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection, failure to notify a change of address, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and using a mobile phone while operating a vehicle. He refused a breath test and was issued an appearance ticket.

NOISE: Stephanie L. Nolan was arrested Thursday for a noise disturbance. She was issued an appearance ticket.

MISCHIEF: Daniel J. Bermingham was arrested April 3 for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Jennifer E. Vaccaro was arrested April 3 for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle with obstructed vision. She was issued an appearance ticket.

DWAI: Sa Phanhsom was arrested April 2 for DWAI, a muffler exhaust system violation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, an equipment violation and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Phanhsom’s blood alcohol content was 0.01 and Phanhsom refused a blood and urine test. Phanhsom was issued traffic tickets.
