Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda

BURGLARY: Robert B. Patrick, 30, 114 Vandervoort St., Apt. A-left, and James K. Bender, 42, 765 Oliver St., Apt. A-4, were charged at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday on Ninth Avenue with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. They were held for court. 

HARASSMENT: William A. Reilly, 29, 107 East Melcourt Drive, Cheektowaga, was turned over to North Tonawanda police by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant issued March 22 and charged at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday with aggravated harassment related to a domestic incident. He was held for court.

DWI: Zachery D. Tattenbaum was charged Sunday with DWI, leaving scene of the property damage accident, failure to use a designated lane and causing a vehicle to be abandoned. He refused to take a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

CONDUCT: Stephen J. Ralston was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and a noise disturbance. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail. 

DWI: Keoina M. Reid was charged Saturday with DWI, following too close, failure to use a designated lane and a suspended registration. Her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Kimberly M. Lewandowski was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without financial security and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Tyler J. Kissel was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and no seat belt. He was released on an appearance ticket.

MISCHIEF: Paul M. Wagoner was charged Friday with criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

TRESPASSING: Mary R. Wagoner was charged Friday with trespassing.

DWI: Adam M. Burgio was charged Friday with DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

TRESPASS: Jason S. Wiewiorski was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespassing.
