Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Melissa L. Valenti, 41, of Young Street, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment. She was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Jonathon B. Cozab, 37, of Mitchell Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for suspended registration. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Jillian R. Barr, 28, 749 1/2 Pierce Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday with DWI. Barr had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: James M. Hesch was charged Sunday with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He refused a breath test.

DWI: Evan W. Justen was charged Saturday with DWI, speeding and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

DWI: Roger W. Stephenson was charged Saturday with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and an equipment violation. He refused a breath test.

CONDUCT: Alberto F. Cruz and Alexander A. Henhawk were charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

CONDUCT: Destiny G. Catania was charged Oct. 24 with disorderly conduct.

LARCENY: Joseph M. Baughman was charged Oct. 23 with petit larceny and falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement.
