LARCENY: Zachary R. Heinrich, 29, of Greenwood Place, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

City of Tonawanda 

DWI: Richard L. Wingrove III, 32, of Campbell Boulevard, Amherst, was arrested Thursday for felony DWI, speeding and crossing the center lanes. He refused to take the breath test and was held for court. 

DRUGS: Christopher S. Snyder, 35, of William Street, was arrested Thursday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and suspended registration. He was held for court. 

MENACING: Edward F. Farley, 41, of Minerva Street, was arrested Wednesday for third-degree menacing. He was held for court.

MISCHIEF: Robert J. Basso, 41, of Sweeney Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Wednesday with criminal mischief. He allegedly broke one of the collection bottles at the Consumers Beverages on Young Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.
