POSSESSION: Amy E. Capozzi, 29, 121 Clinton St., upper, was charged at 2:03 p.m. Wednesday on Division Street with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Thomas A. Britt, 40, 523 Euclid Ave., was charged at 2:20 a.m. Thursday on Young Street with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
