DRUGS: Kimberly A. Valone-Cutler, 44, was charged June 4 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, failure to keep right, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and concealing, altering or destroying physical evidence.

NUISANCE: Norman E. Koepsell, 59, homeless, was charged at 12:05 p.m. Thursday with failure to appear in court for a second-degree criminal nuisance charge. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bail. 

ASSAULT: Jack A. Barber, 43, of Central Lane, was charged at 3:14 a.m. Thursday at DeGraff Memorial Hospital with third-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held for court.
