PETIT LARCENY: Emilie Rose Schlifke, 21 and Spencer M. Burrows, 21, both of Warren Drive, were charged at 8:22 p.m. Friday with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Security at Wal-Mart, 886 Niagara Falls Blvd., said the pair attempted to steal $80.31 worth of assorted merchandise. Both are being held in lieu of $500 bail.
WARRANT: Matthew J. Grace, 20, of Ward Road, was charged at 7:28 p.m. Friday on a warrant for failure to appear to answer a petit larceny charge. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
WARRANT: Luigi Bosco, 49, of 19th Street, Niagara Falls, was charged at 9:01 a.m. Friday with failure to appear to answer a charge of facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $150 bail.
WARRANT: Jeffrey M. Grabowski, 21, of Linwood Avenue, was charged at 8:47 a.m. Friday on warrants for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, unsafe tires, no tail light and driving without insurance. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DOMESTIC: Charles L. Cutler, 55, of Sommer Street, was charged at 10:54 a.m. Friday with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing following what police described as a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Oliver Street. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Michelle M. Cline, 26, of Thompson Street, and Kristine A. Landroche, of Payne Avenue, were charged at 1:59 p.m. Friday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Wal-Mart, 886 Niagara Falls Blvd. Store security said the pair tried to steal $20.86 in haircare products. Cline was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; Landroche was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. They are both being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Margaret Murray, 22, os Mosher Street, was charged at 6:19 a.m. Thursday with disorderly conduct. She was held for court.
