DWI: Jill M. Downie, 49, of Winbert Drive, was charged at 7:36 p.m. Friday with DWI, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving with an open container of alcohol and several other traffic infractions. Police pulled over Downie in the 7100 block of Ward Road and she appeared intoxicated. Police reports indicate Downie fought with officers during the traffic stop. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
HARASSMENT: Jonathan P. Travis, 19, of Center Avenue, was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct following a fight at Oliver Street and Fifth Avenue at 3:43 a.m. Saturday. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.
DWI: Robyn L. Matteson, 46, of Ironton Street, was charged at 10:19 p.m. Friday with aggravated DWI and driving while using a cellphone following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Wheatfield Street. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.24 percent following a breath test, three times the legal limit. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
WARRANTS: Michael E. Fox, 25, and Angela L. Fox, 25, both without a permanent address, were charged at 4:49 p.m. Friday on warrants for failing to appear to answer petit larceny charges. They are both being held in lieu of $250 bail.
INTERLOCK DEVICE: Gregory J. Young, 34, of Eggert Terrace, was charged at 6:10 p.m. Friday with operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without registration, insurance or inspection. Young was arrested following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Oliver Street. He’s being held in lieu of $500 bail.
HARASSMENT: Jonathon M. Watson, 24, of Oliver Street, was charged at 9:31 p.m. Friday with second-degree harassment following an altercation in the 500 block of Oliver Street. He’s being held in lieu of $100 bail.
