DWI: Denise M. Beebe, 41, of Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, was charged Tuesday with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, unsafe backing, leaving the scene of an accident and no driver's license. She allegedly backed into a car in a parking lot. She was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Dylan M. Lester, 23, of Colvin Boulevard, Kenmore, was charged Monday with criminal mischief. He allegedly broke a bathroom door at Tim Horton's on Niagara Street during a domestic dispute. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
HARASSMENT: Huy E. Ung, 56, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
HARASSMENT: James W. Urbanski, 29, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.
DRUGS: Jerad M. Bouton, 16, was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of alcohol for a person under the age of 21.
DRUGS: Nicholas P. Swift, 17, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana, a speeding violation and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.
HARASSMENT: Andrew J. Reinhardt, 23, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt.
LARCENY: Brandie J. Reese, 28, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree grand larceny.
BURGLARY: Shawn M. Dunlavey, 19, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, petty larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools.
BURGLARY: Branden Giardina, 18, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, petty larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
