Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

DOMESTIC: David L. Serrano, 41, homeless, was charged at 10:34 a.m. Thursday with three counts of petit larceny, three counts of second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment after police said he threatened to use a gun in a domestic incident. One petit larceny charge and one second-degree criminal contempt charge were related to charges earlier this month when warrants were issued. He is being held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Mark L. George, 35, 29 E. Felton St., was charged at 7:24 a.m. at his home with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment in relation to a domestic incident. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Joseph M. Reiller, 23, 110 Robert Drive, Apt. A 5, was charged at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

MISCHIEF: James A. McNamara, 40, 389 Niagara St., Apt. 1, was charged at 1:56 p.m. Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was released for court.
