DRUGS: Nicole E. Deskovic, 28, Black Creek Drive, Niagara Falls, was charged at 8:13 p.m. Thursday on Delaware Street with unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree aggravated unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle. Deskovic was released on an appearance ticket. 

IMPRISONMENT: Paul R. Robertson, 39, of Gibson Street, was charged at 2:10 a.m. Friday with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, third-degree assault and four-degree criminal misconduct. The arrest was related to a dispute with family member. He was held for court.
