THEFT: Marc A. Lococo was arrested Tuesday for theft of cab services. 

DWAI: Roselyn C. Speaker was arrested Monday for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and following too close. She was involved in an accident and submitted to a blood and urine test. Speaker was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Jonathan M. Mackinnon was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana, acting in a manner injurious to a child, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

CONDUCT: Christina M. Konidis, Stephanie M. Bona, Michael D. Marino, Quinton N. Marshall and Alexander L. Daniels were arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct. Daniels was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. They were involved in a fight. Konidis and Bona were released on appearance tickets. Marino and Marshall are being held in lieu of $100 bail, and Daniels is being held in lieu of $600 bail. 

DRUGS: Keenan P. McClendon was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and not using signals on Saturday. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: Krista M. Weiglein charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. Her blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Cheryl A. Condon was arrested Saturday for DWI and failure to yield right of way. She refused a breath test.

DWI: Roman J. Fontana was arrested April 11 for DWI. Fontana refused a breath test.

DRUGS: Gregory D. Karcher was charged April 9 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

BURGLARY: Kendrick Pritchett was arrested April 9 for second-degree burglary, petit larceny, unlawful possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He was held for court.
