DWI: Jason M. Lewis, 31, 1035 Oliver St., was arrested at 5:06 a.m. Saturday for felony DWI, failure to keep right, improper turn and failing to signal. Police pulled over Lewis at Oliver Street and First Avenue. He refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

SHOPLIFTING: Melissa M. Moore, 36, 5005 Isherwood Drive, Niagara Falls, was charged at 4:30 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny. Police said Moore tried stealing 24 items worth $196.54 from Walmart, 866 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
