Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: April R. Barnes, 21, of Niagara Road, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for DWI. She was held for court. 

MARIJUANA: Kyle A. Butler, 26, of Holmes Street, Buffalo, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

Town of Tonawanda

PEDDLING: Dante J. Motley was charged Monday with peddling without a permit. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Jake F. Ziegler was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. He was issued appearance and traffic tickets.

DWI: Akia O. Day was arrested Sunday for DWI, changing lanes with a hazard, moving from a lane unsafely and speeding. She refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

North Tonawanda

FORGERY: Jacquelyn M. Vogel, 31, 27 16th Ave., lower, was charged at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree possession of a forgery instrument. She was released on her own recognizance. 

MISCHIEF: Jonathon N. Olka, 32, 965 Oliver St., Apt. A-2, was charged at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Christopher M. Travis, 35, 120 Center Ave., was charged at 3:17 Tuesday with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree forgery. He was held for court.
