City of Tonawanda

DWI: Asunta D. Paetz, 59, Gibson Street, was charged at 7:34 p.m. Sunday with DWI and several traffic violations. Police said she was stopped after taking a wide turn onto Hinds Street, when she told an officer she had "one really strong beer." Her blood alcohol content was 0.08 percent. Paetz was held for court. 

DISORDERLY: Evan J. Thompson, 24, Ninth Avenue, North Tonawanda, charged at 2:47 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct after an officer observed him urinating in front of the Vapor Room. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

MISCHIEF: Kurt D. Wild, 23, Francis Drive, was charged at 7:41 p.m. Saturday with criminal mischief during a domestic dispute. He was held for court.  

WARRANT: Alicia N. Sutch, 20, Adam Street, was charged at 10:13 p.m. on a bench warrant for a criminal mischief. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Jason G. Malloy, 19, Wendover Street, was charged at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on a bench warrant for possession of marijuana. He was brought in by Town of Tonawanda police. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Ryan G. Baker, age unavailable, 100 Oliver St., Apt. 310, was charged at 7:24 p.m. Saturday on Seventh Avenue with DWI. Baker had a blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent. He was held for court.
