WARRANT: Steven J. Chuilli, 30, of Irving Drive, Lewiston, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

WARRANT: Samuel Lee Allen, 65, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, was charged Thursday on a warrant out of North Carolina for criminal mischief. 


WEAPON: Crystal Miller, 25, was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree criminal impersonation.

CONTEMPT: Karen Showalter, 55, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. 

ASSAULT: Francisco A. Coheley, 43, was charged Sunday with two counts of third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

HARASSMENT: Max D. Thompson, 28, was charged April 12 with second-degree harassment.

MENACING: Stephen Gebura, 23, was charged April 11 with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

CONDUCT: Christon O. Kastler, 21, was charged April 10 with disorderly conduct.

LARCENY: David Gerace, 43, was charged April 7 with fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent. 

DWI: Curtis H. McCutcheon, 30, was charged April 5 with DWI and a parking violation. He refused to take the breath test.
