VEHICLE: Bradley C. Cain, 19, of Guernsey Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. His codefendant, Gregory N. Kay, 18, of Elmwood Park North, was charged with criminal possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Cain and Kay allegedly took a vehicle from a house on Minerva Street. They were held for court.

North Tonawanda 

DWI: Gerald J. Amrhein, 36, of Oakdale Drive, was charged at 8:03 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Felton Street with DWI, first-degree aggravated unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle and criminal impersonation. He refused a breath test and was held for court.
