Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Holly A. Crouch, 41, of Morgan Street, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant for grand larceny. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Rebecca Vuxta, 35, no current address, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

ENDANGERING: Sharon M. Haak, 49, of Euclid Avenue, was charged Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. She was held for court.

PERSONATION: Muhammed F. Simsek, 28, of Robert Drive, was charged Tuesday with false personation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to yield right of way and unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Town of Tonawanda 

DRUGS: Lynette L. Gerow was charged Monday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation. 

ORDINANCE: Michael P. Trefney III was charged Monday with a town ordinance violation for garbage picking. He was released on an appearance ticket.

ENDANGERING: Erika R. Baker was charged Sunday with endangering the welfare of a child. 

DWI: Maggie E. Lamantia was charged Sunday with DWI, changing lanes with a hazard, moving from a lane unsafely and speeding. She refused a breath test. 

DRUGS: Michael A. Guarino was charged Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, failure to keep right, speeding and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was allegedly involved in a property damage accident and refused a chemical test. Guarino is being held in lieu of $1,800 bail. 

DRUGS: Jesse D. Eskridge was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and passing a red light. He refused a blood and urine test and was issued traffic tickets.
