Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

BURGLARY: Richard J. Singleton, 43, of North Cayuga Road, Williamsville, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Mark A. Sherman, 38, of Roesch Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: George W. Newman, 40, of Geary Street, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Thomas H. Schumacher Jr., 45, of Lincoln Avenue, was charged Friday with DWI, DWAI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, improper turn and failure to keep right. His blood alcohol content was 0.03 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

HARASSMENT: Steven J. Boyle, 25, of Thompson Street, surrendered Friday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
