Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

TRESPASSING: Jeffrey S. High, 59, of Main Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Wednesday with trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was allegedly on the CSX railroad tracks. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Kenmore 

OPEN CONTAINER: Luis A. Rivera, 49, was charged Monday with possessing an open container in public and giving or selling alcohol to a person under age 21.

LARCENY: Danielle K. Bush, 23, was charged Monday with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

ASSAULT: Jennifer C. Dipota, 38, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

DWI: Maureen P. McKenna, 26, was charged Sunday with DWI. She refused to take a breath test.

CONTEMPT: Joseph Pericozzi, 46, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

LARCENY: Kimberly C. Sortino, 38, was charged Friday with fourth-degree grand larceny.

FALSELY REPORT: Michele K. Reed, 48, was charged Friday with third-degree falsely reporting information about an actual offense or incident.

TRESPASSING: Kyle Jackson III, 22, was charged April 30 with third-degree criminal trespassing, petit larceny, false personation and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

HARASSMENT: Philip J. Barciniak, 30, was charged April 30 with second-degree aggravated harassment.

HARASSMENT: Daniel R. Nowark, 24, was charged April 29 with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

POSSESSION: Nicholas Lussier, 30, was charged April 29 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

DRUGS: James J. Mantione, 55, was charged April 28 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a cell phone, suspended registration, having a controlled substance in a non-original container and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

North Tonawanda 

CONTEMPT: Brandon G. Mante, 20, of Porter Road, Niagara Falls, was picked up on a warrant and charged at 2:29 a.m. Wednesday on River Road with second-degree criminal contempt. Mante was released on an appearance ticket. 

POSSESSION: James R. Plau, 27, no permanent address, was charged at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Plau was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Jay H. Myers, 53, of Rumbold Avenue, was charged at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
