Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Aaron M. Yeates, 20, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Tuesday on five warrants for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He allegedly stole items from unlocked vehicles in the area near Broad Street and Fletcher Street. The first incident allegedly occurred in December. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Jessica L. Block, 30, of Maple Terrace, North Tonawanda, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for suspended registration. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Christopher T. Swiston, 44, of Franklin Street, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Paul E. Baran, 34, of Robert Drive, was charged at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Matthew A. Bailey, 23, of Ridge Road, Ransomeville, was charged at 9:13 p.m. Tuesday on Fifth Avenue with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Town of Tonawanda

GARBAGE: Marko Gredelj was charged Sunday with violating a town ordinance that prohibits garbage picking and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was released on an appearance ticket.

GARBAGE: Christopher E. Green and Tirrell D. Prior were charged Sunday with violating a town ordinance that prohibits garbage picking. They were released on appearance tickets.

GARBAGE: Patricia A. Kick was charged Sunday with violating a town ordinance that prohibits garbage picking. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Zachary R. Dotter was charged Sunday with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

ASSAULT: Jason C. Johnson was charged Saturday with third-degree assault. He was allegedly involved in a fight on school grounds and the victim was sent to Erie County Medical Center.
