DWI: Alexander J. Alloy, 21, of Colvin Boulevard, Tonawanda, was charged at 3:40 a.m. Thursday on Twin City Memorial Highway with DWI, unlicensed operation, passing a red signal and driving left of pavement markings. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 and he was held for court. 

LARCENY: Andrew J. Cornelius, 22, of Spalding Street, Lockport, was charged at 6:47 p.m. Wednesday at Walmart with petit larceny. He was released for court. 

DISORDERLY: John L. Good, 21, of Summit Boulevard, was charged at 4:22 a.m. Thursday with disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
