WARRANT: Gilbert A. Santiago, 26, of Main Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday on two bench warrants for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

DWAI: Mary J. Young, 50, of Moore Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Monday with driving while impaired by drugs, obstructing governmental administration, failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle and speeding. She allegedly refused to pull over on Two Mile Creek Road and entered the I-190 and I-290. Young consented to a blood test and was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Pedro Gay-Carbonell, 60, of Gibson Street, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Geraldo Leon-Perez, 30, of Benefield Place, surrendered Monday on a bench warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid. 

DRUGS: Brett W. Johnson, 20, of Delaware Street, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Dante D. Brown, 24, of Woodell Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to keep right and driving over the center lines. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DRUGS: Patrick J. George, 22, of Highland Street, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He allegedly had 61 grams of marijuana in his possession and is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Samantha M. Foster, 18, of 16th Avenue, was charged at 7:31 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. Foster was held for court. 

DWI: Dwayne T. Wright, 51, of Revere Avenue, was charged at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday on Robinson Street with DWI, insufficient turning signal and failure to keep right. He refused a breath test and was held for court. 

LARCENY: Joi M. Jones-Burhanan, 19, of Eaton Street, Buffalo, was picked up on a warrant and charged at 3:28 p.m. Monday with third-degree grand larceny. Jones-Burhanan was held for court. 

POSSESSION: Marc A. Schultze, 36, of Bennett Street, was charged at 2:53 a.m. Sunday on Twin Cities Memorial Highway with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

LARCENY: Ryan J. Cartwright, 19, of Belmont Court West, was charged at 1:44 p.m. Sunday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. Cartwright was released on his own recognizance.
