Tonawanda News — KENMORE

CONSPIRACY: Sharon E. Russell, 57, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree conspiracy, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

CONSPIRACY: Thomisha Mack, 29, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree conspiracy, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

CONSPIRACY: Jeffrey E. Thomas, 47, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree conspiracy, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. 

DWI: Joseph M. Tremont, 23, was charged Sunday with DWI and passing a red light.

ASSAULT: Paul Garcia, 37, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

DWI: Emily J. Maragliano, 22, was charged Saturday with DWI and failure to keep right.

BURGLARY: Theodore J. Canaski, 26, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. He was also charged May 11 with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. 

VEHICLE: Curtis T. Brown, 58, was charged May 13 with third-degree unauthorized use of vehicle without consent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding.

FORGERY: Tanya S. Hooper, 25, was charged May 13 with third-degree forgery, petit larceny and two counts of third-degree identity theft.

CITY OF TONAWANDA

WARRANT: Mitchell W. Ide, 32, of Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered on a bench warrant for an interlock violation. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Joseph N. Heffle, 32, of Clark Street, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Bradley C. Young, 54, Geneva, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment. He allegedly caused a disturbance in city court. He was released on an appearance ticket.
