Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Abrahiem K. Ashford, 26, of Schultz Street, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

MARIJUANA: Meg A. Wyzykowski, 23, of Fuller Avenue, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and no seat belt. She was released on an appearance ticket. 

MARIJUANA: Robert J. Palumbo Sr., 40, of Love Road, Grand Island, was charged Sunday with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and no seat belt. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

MARIJUANA: Mana H. Muhsen, 26, of Electric Avenue, Lackawanna, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and no seat belt. Muhsen was released on an appearance ticket. Alyssa M. Lori, 22, of Herkimer Street, Buffalo, was arrested on three warrants. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. She was a passenger in Muhsen's car and attempted to flee from the vehicle. Lori was held for court. 

DWI: Darryl M. Monette, 48, of Grove Street, was charged Saturday with aggravated DWI, failure to obey a traffic control device and driving left of the pavement markings. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Stephanie V. Short, 33, of Zimmerman Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Saturday with DWI, no insurance and unsafe lane change. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and she was held for court.

DWI: Michael L. Petito, 45, of Thoreau Court, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Saturday with DWI and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

North Tonawanda

TRESPASS: Sarita Palhan, 43, of Oliver Street, was charged at 7:51 p.m. Saturday on Mead Street with trespassing. She was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Anthony C. Hojczyk, 30, of Thompson Street, was charged at 11 a.m. Sunday on Central Lane with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and one count of second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
