Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Armando L. Galla, 18, of Parker Boulevard, Town of Tonawanda, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DRUGS: Marina R. Stapleton, 24, of Dexter Street, was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 


DWI: Patrick M. Ouchie, 47, was charged Sunday with DWI and failure to yield right of way.

DWI: Pierre Romero, 23, was charged Saturday with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle without financial security, speeding and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. 

DRUGS: Corey Spyra, 27, was charged May 23 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container.

CONTEMPT: Thomas L. Barrett, 25, was charged May 22 with criminal contempt.

ASSAULT: Robert R. Piracci, 60, was charged May 20 with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

CONTEMPT: Karen Showalter, 55, was charged May 20 with criminal contempt.

DRUGS: Rebecca S. Machado, 26, was charged May 20 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

IMPERSONATION: Mikial Moore, 20, was charged May 20 with second-degree criminal impersonation.
