Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda

LARCENY: Kyle P. Juda, 20, of Stevenson Court, was charged at 5:52 a.m. Friday at Walmart with petit larceny. He was held for court. 

DRUGS: Christopher T. Westfall, 25, of Oliver Street, was charged at 1:08 a.m. Friday on Payne Avenue with DWI drugs and failure to keep right. He was held for court.

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Richard A. Umbright, 67, of Main Street, Clarence, was charged Thursday with aggravated DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.26 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
