HARASSMENT: Lisa M. Henderson, 48, of Franklin Street, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. She was held for court.
ENDANGERING: Christian T. Tabone, 44, of Scott Street, was charged Monday with endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Ramondo A. Serrano, 20, Hinds Street, charged at 12:30 a.m. Monday on Gibson Street with criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said he broke several windows before he was arrested. Serrano was held for court.
DWI: Elvis Perez-Reyes, 30, Massachusetts Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 3:40 a.m. on Main Street with DWI and speeding. Police said he was stopped for driving 69 mph on Main Street, a 30 mph zone. He refused to take a breath test and was held for court.
POSSESSION: Jonathan N. Olka, 33, of Oliver Street, was charged at 6:31 p.m. Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Jim C. Anders, 24, of Robert Drive, was charged at 11:53 a.m. Friday at his home with second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
LARCENY: Timothy J. Boland, 23, of Sweeney Street, was charged at 4:42 p.m. at Walmart on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Shawn P. Miller, 31, of Eggert Drive, was picked up on a warrant at city court and charged at 11:23 a.m. Monday with second-degree harassment for his alleged involvement in a domestic incident. He was held for court.
DWI: Michael Pace, 28, was charged Sunday with DWI, speeding and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.
DWI: David L. Wright, 33, was charged Sunday with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle by an unlicensed driver and not wearing a seat belt.
HARASSMENT: Francis O’Brien, 28, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree harassment.
