Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DISORDERLY: Sean R. Carter was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DRUGS: Robert A. Smith was charged May 29 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, failure to notify change of home, reckless driving, third-degree aggravated operation of a vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and throwing or depositing refuse on the highway. He refused to take a breath or chemical test and is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

ENDANGERMENT: John A. Michalczak was charged May 28 with reckless endangerment, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certification and reckless driving. He was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Paul A. Maue was charged May 27 with DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, speeding and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Marcus A. Wilson was charged May 27 with DWI, second-degree criminal impersonation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and moving from a lane unsafely. He refused to take a breath test. Wilson was issued three traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.

DWI: Shashtri L. Gayadeen was charged May 27 with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely. Gayadeen's blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent. Gayadeen was issued traffic tickets. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Mark A. Wolbert, 23, of Ellicott Creek Road, Tonawanda, was charged at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday on Witmer Road with DWI and failure to keep right. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and he was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Katherine M. Cook, 40, of Oliver Street, was charged at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday with obstructing governmental administration and two counts of second-degree harassment. She was released on appearance tickets.

LARCENY: Amanda R. Benedyczak, 29, of Falconer Street, was charged at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart with petit larceny. He was held for court.
