Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Anthony J. Hussar, 25, of Mackinaw Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for larceny. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Thomas J. Waters, 48, of Park Avenue, was arrested Thursday on two bench warrants for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

DWI: Ruth K. Steiner, 63, of Tussing Lane, was charged Thursday with DWI and unsafe backing of a vehicle. She allegedly backed into a parked car and her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

DWI: Kristi M. Kargatis, 26, of Willow Avenue, Niagara Falls, was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, visibility distorted by broken glass, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and an insufficient turn signal. Kargatis submitted to a blood test and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
