Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Tamra L. Yanacek, 34, of Castlebar Drive, North Tonawanda, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for aggravated harassment. She was held for court. 

DWI: Albert J. Fiocco II, 25, of Jerauld Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Wednesday for DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and he was held for court. 

DRUGS: Constance Fleischman, 27, of Gregg Lane, Patchogue, was arrested Wednesday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding. She was held for court.

ASSAULT: Diane M. Cardinal, 65, of Robert Drive, North Tonawanda, was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an injury accident, third-degree assault and petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: James D. Wood, 22, of Chapel Road, Kenmore, surrendered Wednesday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

BURGLARY: Heather R. Kelly, 35, of Oliver Street, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

LARCENY: Barry Bray, 42, of Gerald Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance.
