DWI: Alvin H. Fabry was arrested Monday for aggravated DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued a traffic ticket.
DRUGS: Michael Cumings II was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana and a registration plate violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
DWI: Jerome L. Lockhart was arrested Monday for DWI, failure to notify of a change of address, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, illegal driving in the center lane, passing a red light and driving without insurance. His blood alcohol was 0.12 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.
DRUGS: Jeremy L. Powell was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana, driving a vehicle with obstructed vision and an equipment violation. He was issued two traffic tickets.
WARRANT: Paul Shkilnyj was arrested Sunday on a warrant for violating the winter parking ban. He is being held in lieu of $50.
DWI: Nioshia M. Hall was arrested Sunday for DWI, disorderly conduct, stopping on the highway, throwing refuse on the highway and driving without insurance. Hall’s blood alcohol level was 0.14 percent.
DWI: Amy L. Schaefer was arrested Sunday for DWI and speeding. She was issued traffic tickets.
RESISTING: Randolph E. Clifton Jr. was arrested Sunday for resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child and disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
PERSONATION: Celisse M. Randolph was arrested Saturday for false personation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, passing a red light and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $700 bail.
HARASSMENT: Joshua L. John was arrested Saturday for second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
FLEEING: Alexander J. Legrand was arrested Friday for third-degree unlawfully fleeing police officers in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely, following too close, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle, unsafe turn and speeding. He was issued eight traffic tickets.
