DWI: Alvin H. Fabry was arrested Monday for aggravated DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued a traffic ticket. 

DRUGS: Michael Cumings II was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana and a registration plate violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: Jerome L. Lockhart was arrested Monday for DWI, failure to notify of a change of address, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, illegal driving in the center lane, passing a red light and driving without insurance. His blood alcohol was 0.12 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Jeremy L. Powell was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana, driving a vehicle with obstructed vision and an equipment violation. He was issued two traffic tickets. 

WARRANT: Paul Shkilnyj was arrested Sunday on a warrant for violating the winter parking ban. He is being held in lieu of $50. 

DWI: Nioshia M. Hall was arrested Sunday for DWI, disorderly conduct, stopping on the highway, throwing refuse on the highway and driving without insurance. Hall’s blood alcohol level was 0.14 percent.

DWI: Amy L. Schaefer was arrested Sunday for DWI and speeding. She was issued traffic tickets.

RESISTING: Randolph E. Clifton Jr. was arrested Sunday for resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child and disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.

PERSONATION: Celisse M. Randolph was arrested Saturday for false personation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, passing a red light and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $700 bail.

HARASSMENT: Joshua L. John was arrested Saturday for second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

FLEEING: Alexander J. Legrand was arrested Friday for third-degree unlawfully fleeing police officers in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely, following too close, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle, unsafe turn and speeding. He was issued eight traffic tickets. 

DWI: Royce M. Burgess was arrested Friday for DWI, failure to notify change of address, unsafe turn and speeding.

DRUGS: Gilbert A. Santiago Jr. was arrested Friday for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest was the result of a SWAT team executive of a search warrant. 

City of Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Andrew A. Loeser, 25, of William Street, was arrested Monday for criminal contempt and resisting arrest. He was held for court. 

Kenmore

HARASSMENT: Kyle R. Donhauser, 22, was arrested Saturday for second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWAI: Nasib B. Karazhayev, 18, was arrested Thursday for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, registration plate violation and a tint violation. Karazhayev was issued an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: Cornelius D. Brinson, 29, was arrested March 6 for aggravated harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

DRUGS: Michael C. Starr, 28, was arrested March 5 for unlawful possession of marijuana and not wearing a seat belt. He was released on his own recognizance. 

MISCHIEF: Nicholas A. Shearer, 20, was arrested March 3 for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

MISCHIEF: Daniel C. Leith, 33, was arrested March 2 for fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Jill K. Rizzitello, 38, was arrested March 1 for DWI and failure to use the designated lane. She refused to take the breath test and was issued an appearance ticket. 

IDENTITY THEFT: Edward H. Gozdalski, 39, was arrested Feb. 26 for second-degree identity theft. He was released on his own recognizance. 

OPEN CONTAINER: Thomas C. Bator, 43, was arrested Feb. 26 for having an open container of alcohol and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court. 

POSSESSION: Daniel E. Rutherford, 25, was arrested Feb. 26 for third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree grand larceny and using a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

North Tonawanda

IMPRISONMENT: Nathan P. Synder, 21, 4737 William St., Depew, was charged at 1:56 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following a domestic incident. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Crystal R. Kelly, 49, 22 Plymouth Ave., Apt. 4, Buffalo, was charged at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday at Walmart with petit larceny. She was held for court. 

DWI: Jason T. Schryver, 163 73rd Street, Niagara Falls, was charged at 1:06 a.m. Tuesday on Sweeney Street with DWI, unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.
