Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Brian M. Wyntjes, 48, of Clinton Street, West Seneca, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

POSSESSION: Alyssa M. Lori, 21, 28 Huth Road, Cheektowaga, was charged at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance. 

WARRANT: Jacob R. Wankasky, 30, 764 Nash Road, was charged at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday with two counts of issuing a bad check related to an Aug. 26 incident. He was held for court. 

OBSTRUCTION: Anthony P. Ricchiazzi, 41, 67 Second Ave., Apt. 2, was charged at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Kevin A. Gigliotti, 26, 128 Vandervoort St., Apt. 3, was charged at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: James B. Greco was charged Monday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle without inspection certificate and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

PERSONATION: Larry D. Johnson was charged Monday with false personation and failing to yield the right of way as a pedestrian not in a crosswalk. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DWI: Alfred D. Santiago was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, operating an unregistered vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

CONTEMPT: Chase J. Woodward was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt.

DRUGS: Demarkus Hodge was charged Sunday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone and not wearing a seat belt. Hodge is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
