Tonawanda News — ALCOHOL: Tevin M. Jeter was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of alcohol under age 21, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and passing a red light. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

CONDUCT: Cesar A. Bones was charged Friday with disorderly conduct for obstructing traffic. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Shannon M. Miller was charged Friday with DWI, changing lanes with a hazard and moving from a lane unsafely. Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

DWI: Molly E. McCredy was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, a license registration violation, failure to obey a traffic device, moving from a lane unsafely and an illegal signal. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent.
