Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

TRESPASSING: James N. Oliver II, 33, of Schenck Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with trespassing. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Adam W. Roberts, 30, of Michael Drive, North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and driving left of the pavement markings. His blood alcohol content was 0.25 percent and he was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Jeffery P. Wick, 39, 3088 Shenk Road, Apt. F, Sanborn, was charged 11:19 p.m. Sunday on Strad Avenue with first-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

DOMESTIC: William J. Ripley, 44, 1389 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, was charged at 11:44 p.m. Sunday on Robert Drive with first-degree criminal contempt, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. Police said Ripley was involved in a domestic incident and held for court without bail. 

MISCHIEF: Andrew J. Lafalce, 20, 185 E. Hazeltine Ave., Kenmore, was charged at 6:16 a.m. Sunday on Oliver Street with criminal mischief. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Michael C. Delavern, 38, 194 S. Mead St., Apt. B, was charged at 12:21 p.m. Sunday on Fifth Avenue with petit larceny. He was held for court.
