DWI: James L. Thompson was arrested Wednesday for DWI and unsafe tires. He refused a breath test and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Mark J. Persico Jr. was arrested Wednesday for DWI and failure to dim lights. His blood alcohol level was 0.11 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Derek J. Middlebrooks was arrested Wednesday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Patrick J. McNamara was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, a muffler exhaust violation and an equipment violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Alissa J. Haslam was arrested Wednesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without financial security and obstruction of vision. She was held for court. 

DWI: Alexander J. Madrid was arrested Tuesday for DWI, passing a red light, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. He allegedly hit a car at the intersection of Niagara Falls Boulevard and Sheridan Drive. Madrid refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
