LARCENY: James H. Taylor, 54, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

LARCENY: Ebony N. Johnson, 34, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: Daniel C. Setteducato, 35, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment and trespassing. He was released on his own recognizance. 

SEX ABUSE: Anthony Harmon, 47, was arrested Sunday for two counts of first-degree sex abuse, forcible touching of another’s sexual parts, three counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. 

DWI: Rebecca K. Vallon, 26, was arrested May 9 for DWI, speeding and failure to yield right of way. She refused to take a breath test and was held for court. 

STALKING: Matthew D. Petraetis, 37, was charged May 7 with fourth-degree stalking, second-degree aggravated harassment and trespassing. He was released on his own recognizance. 

HARASSMENT: Joseph P. Patti, 22, was charged May 7 with criminal obstruction of breathing, acting in a manner injurious to a child and second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Todd R. Amo, 41, 19 Cleveland Place, Tonawanda, was charged at 10 p.m. Tuesday with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and he was held for court.
