Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Karla M. Roldan was charged Monday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a muffler exhaust system violation and operating a motor vehicle in violation of a conditional license. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Jamel B. Morris was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate lights on a bicycle. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

NOISE: Daniel L. Parker was charged Monday with violating a town ordinance due to a noise disturbance. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Mark J. Czamara was charged Sunday with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was involved in an accident and refused a breath test. 

DRUGS: Cynthia A. Fitzpatrick was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance and acting in a manner injurious to a child. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Gregory Grodesky was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and failure to obey a stop sign. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent. 

DWI: Rachael L. Mondoux was charged Friday with DWI, failure to use designated lane and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Kyle O. Bak, 25, 48 Elm St., Tonawanda, was arrested Monday for DWI drugs. He was held for court.

City of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Garrett M. Saia, 19, of Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely, no turn signal and no lights. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Brett R. Balch, 21, of Argonna Drive, Kenmore, was charged Sunday with DWI, passing a red light and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and he was held for court. 

DRUGS: Michael A. O’Malley, 49, of Main Street, was charged Saturday with unlawfully growing cannabis. He was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Casey J. Uplinger, 21, of Minerva Street, surrendered on a warrant Friday for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Uplinger was held for court.
