CHOKING: Shaquisha Tuck, 22, was charged Sunday with criminal obstruction of breathing and third-degree assault. 

DWI: George A. Fitzpatrick, 33, was charged Saturday with DWI and passing a red light.

OBSTRUCTION: John Coleman, 45, was charged Saturday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. 

CONDUCT: Michael T. Massimi, 26, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. 

DWI: Steven G. Ryder, 40, was charged Saturday with DWI and speeding. 

DWI: Timothy A. O’Sulivan, 20, was charged Saturday with DWI, unlawfully possessing alcohol under age 21, an equipment violation and willfully altering a number plate or DMV document. 

HARASSMENT: Patrick L. Redd, 41, was charged Aug. 23 with second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana. 

POSSESSION: Fredrick Daniels, 28, was charged Aug. 22 with third-degree possession of a forged instrument and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

OPEN CONTAINER: Dennis Hernandez, 46, was charged Aug. 21 with possession of an open container in public. 

DWI: Stacy M. Sicurella, 37, was charged Aug. 21 with aggravated DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

HARASSMENT: William Kuhn, 24, was charged Aug. 20 with second-degree harassment.

MISCHIEF: Sharon I. Stewart, 58, was charged Tuesday with criminal mischief. 

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Barbara L. Vandusen, 51, 14 Second Ave., was charged at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday at her home with second-degree harassment. She was held for court.
