IMPRISONMENT: Anthony B. Gulnac, 24, of Genesee Street, Cheektowaga, was charged Sunday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He allegedly restrained a 19-year-old woman from Niagara Falls at a home on Highland Avenue. A SWAT team responded to a home, and he was held for court. Laurie M. Dibenedetto, 52, of Highland Avenue, was also charged with obstruction of governmental administration following the indicent. She is Gulnac’s mother and was allegedly interfering with police. She was held for court.
DWI: John R. Nole, 40, of Main Street, was charged Sunday with DWI and unsafe backing. He refused a breath test and was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Christopher Slayton, 29, was charged Sunday with criminal mischief. He was held until sober.
DWI: Robert H. Marlinghaus, 22, of 15th Avenue, North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with DWI, driving over the center lanes and no break lights. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was held for court.
LARCENY: Leo R. Mayes II, 33, of Steiner Avenue, was charged Saturday with petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
FALSE: Kevin A. Walter, 23, 9370 Shawnee Road, Wheatfield, was charged at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree making a false report. He was held for court.
BAD CHECK: Bobbie F. Woodruff, 54, 6860 Walmore Road, Wheatfield, was charged at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday with issuing a bad check. Woodruff was held for court.
DWI: Tanya M. Byrd, 25, 44 Seventh Ave., was charged at 2:33 a.m. on Sommer Street with DWI, unlicensed operation, operating in a vehicle on restriction and several traffic violations. Byrd refused to take a breath test was held for court.
