Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

ABUSE: Laverne K. Miles, 58, of Young Street, was charged Friday with first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Miles was held for court. 

WARRANT: Patrick K. Sawers, 35, of Stenzil Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a bench warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court. 

DRUGS: Joshua D. Heartman, 24, of Falconer Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of vehicle, suspended registration and no insurance. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Andrew A. Loeser, 26, of William Street, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree grand larceny. He was held for court.

TRESPASS: Jamie S. Kraft, 28, 11 Pearl St., Lackawanna, turned himself in on a warrant related to a Aug. 30 incident was charged at 7:27 p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass. He was released on his own recognizance.
