OBSTRUCTION: Thomas Balch, 49, was charged Saturday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
BURGLARY: Tyrone C. Moore, 26, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, criminal mischief and criminal contempt.
ALCOHOL: Mitchell Maracle, 17, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
ALCOHOL: Thomas Fretz, 17, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
ALCOHOL: Benjamin Ingalls, 17, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
DRUGS: Michael J. Gugino, 32, was charged Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
DRUGS: Robert W. Black Jr., 20, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

LARCENY: Patrick M. Pardee, 21, of Youngstown-Lockport Road, Youngstown, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal trespassing and sixth-degree conspiracy. He allegedly stole an ATV and was released on an appearance ticket.
FALSE: Chadwick K. Estes, 47, 185 Miller St., was charged at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday with third-degree falsely reporting an incident. He was released on his own recognizance.
DISORDERLY: Kevin J. Camarado, 54, 207 Robert Drive, Apt. A, was charged at 1:35 p.m. Monday with disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
MENACING: Charles W. Rodeffer, 42, 923 Remington Drive, was charged at 2:04 p.m. Monday with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
