WARRANT: Christopher F. Sondel, 21, of Reserve Road, West Seneca, was charged at 6 p.m. Friday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance. 

FALSE REPORT: Michael D. Proefrock, 34, of Grant Street, Buffalo, was charged at 12:50 a.m. Saturday with falsely reporting an incident and making a false written statement. He was released on his own recognizance. 

DWI: Nicolette D. Ramsey, 20, of Vegola Avenue, Cheektowaga, was charged at 8:32 a.m. Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs. The arrest followed a traffic stop at Main and Roosevelt streets. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: David J. Meister, 60, 319 Spruce St., was charged at 5:35 p.m. Friday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at his home. He’s being held in lieu of $250 bail.

LEWDNESS: Matthew P. Skuza, 28, 162 Center Ave., was charged at 3:42 a.m. Saturday with public lewdness after an incident at Center Avenue and Dahlgreen Place. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

THEFT: Three individuals were charged by North Tonawanda police with theft after an incident at Tops supermarket on Main Street in Williamsville. Alan J. Mitchell, 33, 121 Bouck St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal trespass. Matthew W. Luke, 33, 293 Market St., Apt. J, and John P. Anderson, 27, 69 Mahogany Drive, Amherst, were both charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. They were taken into custody at 12:29 p.m. at a residence on Castlebar Drive. They are each being held in lieu of $750 bail.
