CONTEMPT: David T. Knox, 28, of Homestead Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Wednesday for criminal contempt, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

ENDANGERMENT: Jeffrey E. Rybarczyk, 42, of Porter Road, Niagara Falls, surrendered on warrant for first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and third-degree menacing. He allegedly threw a propane bottle at his ex-girlfriend’s window. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Anthony J. Hussar, 24, of Mackinaw Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for larceny. He was held for court.
